How Do I Return A Product?

No merchandise can be returned without express authorization of Restaurant Equipment Club, LLC.

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking and/or cancelation charge, which is calculated based on the price of the item(s) purchased, as well as inbound and outbound freight charges.

Returned merchandise is subject to inspection and acceptance by Restaurant Equipment Club, LLC. and/or the manufacturer prior to refund being issued. Any and all returned merchandise is to be returned in the original packing inclusive of operation manuals, etc., if applicable.

Any payments secured on all custom equipment and/or special orders will be forfeited in the event of cancellation. Any outstanding balance inclusive of freight is due in full.

Any partial cancellation of an order is still subject to a 25% restocking/cancellation charge. All deposits received will be held pending the balance due of restocking/cancellation charges, if applicable.
